Exceptional in every way. Sit back, relax and enjoy the farm to table magnificence. Our party tried the beers, truffle fries, cheese board, cheese steaks and emu burgers. The emu burger was tender, smoky and delicious. Very similar to a high quality ground beef. The peach butter waffle was incredible. Worth every penny.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is by far the best restaurant I have been to in a long time. The food was amazing because it was all real, super fresh and prepare into dishes that were simple yet creative. The owners did a great job of explaining everything on the menu, where the ingredients came from and ensuring that our dietary restrictions were honored. There were so many options for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and Omni diets. I had the Clarksville mushroom burger which was a perfectly prepared lions mane mushroom, on a gluten free bun. The bun was awesome - great taste and texture and didn't fall apart. The veggies were a fresh seasonal mix (at this time of year several root veggies). My husband had the taco dinner. The shells were unlike anything I have ever had. Unbelievably crispy. Salads were real fresh greens with seasonal veggies and home made dressing. No sad lettuce and pale yucky tomatoes. This was real, good food. I highly recommend a visit to Prestonrose. We are planning to go back for one more meal before we leave town.

We were thoroughly impressed with every part of this gem of a business. The attentive service, the fantastically flavorful food, the craft beer and the items in the mercantile were equal in their elevation of this place to more than a restaurant & bar. We were only in town for two days, so after finishing our meal, we ordered a meal to take back with us and had it the next evening. We even made friends with the diners at the next table! What a fun place to spend an evening. They even use the same toilet paper (Who Gives A Crap) as I do. Man, do I wish they weren't in the middle of Arkansas. Well done, Prestonrose, well done!

Amazing gem here in Arkansas! This farm-to-table gourmet restaurant is by far my favorite place to dine. I greatly appreciate how owners, Preston & Liz, introduce new & creative gastronomic adventures each month - I likely will never eat the same thing twice. Tonight, I ate a well-portioned "side salad" complete with little tomatoes that had been sun-dried by Liz (part owner/chef). The vegetarian kimchi pizza was scrumptious & it made me feel good to know I was giving my gut something healthy, too. Win/Win! For dessert, I ordered the blueberry bao. I left wondering how this prestigious scientist-turned-chef does it. Did I mention she also develops their own craft brews?! I'm not sure if Preston & Liz ever sleep because next to the restaurant, they also have a delightful mercantile where freshly made treats (including bagels) & coffee are made. Do not miss this place!

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner this weekend! The menu had plenty of non-meat options for a Friday Lenten meal, the service was friendly and incredibly attentive, the atmosphere was beautiful, and every bite was delicious. Looking forward to returning on a night where we can indulge in the meat options-- Liz is an incredible chef! The Club has multiple drink options, which is a refreshing and appreciated option to have! The Mercantile is perfectly curated: meats, cheeses, crackers, pastas, soaps, sauces, produce, honeys...the list goes on. It has a wonderful variety and I look forward to frequenting it for new items and repeat staples. Reservations are highly recommended, so they can prepare accordingly (and you'll see why when you see the farm-to-table meal; it's as locally sourced as it gets!). You could comfortably spend $30-50 pp, but we splurged a bit and spent $50-100 pp. It was well worth it for a date night and we look forward to returning.

The food was amazing: 10 out of 10. Everything was fresh, home grown, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. The emu steak was delectable and the fish was something to speak about. Even the drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were made fresh from home- grown ingredients. Please try this restaurant as you will not be disappointed.
